Old McDonald had a Farm

Hey Hey Hey... so I was a cat today... Yep, today is technically halloween and for some reason today I wasn't feelin the holiday. Used to be one of my favorites. Probably has something to do with my "rock star" weekend but... it's monday and I feel like it is Thursday.

So our classroom theme (i teach toddlers with autism) was 'old mcdonald had a farm.' how cute is that...? I love my work, it is what keeps me going!

i'm missing NY right now..........I miss NY a lot. I want something, I don't know what I want. It's a confusing world. I want to feel alive and rejuvenated again. I want to be excited. Maybe next time I think it is a good idear to start a rock star weekend on a thursday, I'll think twice.

Fall....My favorite time of year

It is a beautiful fall day outside! My favorite time of the year. Everything is changing-yes I love change. The colors are so crisp and refreshing. I just love it!
So this weekend was a good time. Went up to Breckenridge to visit my friend Joe-who is moving back here in 7 months or so... yeah!!!!!!!! We had a blast-I really miss my great guy friends lots.
Speaking of Breckenridge-I so want to live up there. Somewhere in the Breck, Frisco, Dillion area would be amazing. Saturday morning I woke up to sunshine and snow trickling down the the sky and I can't say I would complain about the cold. It wasn't all that cold actually but it was relaxing and placid. I felt like I just might be able to grasp something and go about my weekend.
Saturday night back down to the hussle of the city-not that I mind that either. I just get caught up in it sometimes and over commit myself! Nonetheless, we went to a faboulus halloween party! Some great food and drink (yes I was next to the food most of the night :)
Amy, Karie, and I dressed up as Greek Goddess and paraded around in our togas! Such a blast.
It is Sunday now-I'm tired and ready to start another week. But I don't mind, I love my job and my kiddos..

My Bestest....!!!

It has been awhile since I have posted. This should have been posted long before the Moab trip.. I just got extremely busy. The people you see in the picture are my three best friends from middle school. I miss them and love them terribly!!!
They came out to visit in August and we had a blast. Some highlights: my jetta on a 2 hour 4-wheel drive trail, sleeping in a hut with 7 other random strangers in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone service, Casa Bonitas, Lodo Bar rooftop and plenty of others! Just wanted to post and say thank you for the most wonderful friends in the world. So happy you came out. Ellie-the jacket is still coming (they were on back order).. Heath-a surprise for you at your bday... Adge- a surprise for you as well and hope you are doing wonderful with the hubbie! Many thanks!!!
